- All Records are play graded.  I do not rely only on a visual inspection

- Your record(s) will be cleaned  before dispatch and either placed in new inners or I will use the originals if these are in excellent condition. Despite cleaning it is advisable to clean once more prior to first play as dust will attach to surfaces due to static, especially after packaging and shipment

- Your record(s) will be posted in a strong cardboard protective mailer  + stiffeners that will  ensure that they safely arrive in perfect condition.

- Box sets in special cruciform mailers.

- Your record(s) will be posted within 24 hours of payment.

- I will combine postage costs if you buy more than one record/item.

- I only accept paypal.

- Returns policy - If you are not entirely satisfied with the product, then the full cost of the item will be refunded on return to me in appropriate packaging ( not postage).
