R.E.M. - The One I Love / Maps & Legends (live) IRS-53171 7" Vinyl 45rpm Single by REM. Released on IRS Records in 1987. Record is in seemingly flawless condition. There is some price sticker residue on the label on the B-side (see photo). I feel pretty certain this would wipe away with just a bit of Goo-gone or Goof-off solution. The label does not appear to be torn at all. Ships in a quality cardboard mailer in a clean white paper sleeve with a plastic outer sleeve. Additional 45s ship free.
