A 1981 Japanese release of Let It Be/Get Back, which both appeared on the soundtrack of the Japanese film "The Evil Spirit Island" and this is where the unusual Japan-themed cover images come from. If you can read Japanese, the information inside the cover tells you about the film and includes a photo of the island of the title. It's rarely seen in Japan these days. This is the 5th one I've come across in as many years.
