The original DEAD SET double LP by the Grateful Dead, a companion to the RECKONING double LP, all recorded in late 1980 in NYC and in San Francisco and both released in 1981. From my personal collection, I am the original owner. This copy of DEAD SET is virtually "like new." The top and bottom of the gatefold have a bit of wear near the album opening but there is no "LP shadow" rubbed into the cover. The hinge has a touch of scuffing near the top. The white glossy paper sleeves are showing a hint of yellow and a few specks of discoloration. The vinyl is like new. They have always been handled by their edges and cleaned with a Discwasher before playing – and never lent to friends! Seventy-four minutes on four sides.
