About this record :
We recently acquired a small collection of records from a former 1950's employee of Ducretet-Thomson factory in Joinville-le-Pont, France (close suburb of Paris, France).
This factory has been used for Ducretet-Thomson label releases but also for the famous Les Discophiles Français, some Le Chant du Monde releases and a few private issues as well.
Most of the records are from the 1955-1958 era though a few of them were from few years back.
Some are test-pressings, the year is generally not mentionned, only day and month, sometimes is it just blank labels.
A few of them are single-sided or have 2 sides from different releases, always mentionned.
Some other records are definitive pressings with original labels, with or without the original record cover but they are definitely very early pressings.
