Minor wear and tear from limited use and 24 years of storage: A few very minor creases and scuffs are visible on the cover as well as a vague outline of the record inside. There is a bit fraying on 2 small areas of the spine(see pictures) Record appears to be in very good shape but I have no record player to give it a test with. I will accept a return if the buyer is unhappy with the condition.
