For consideration is  a copy of "A List of American Folksongs Cutrently Available on Records" compiled by the archive of American Folksong of The Library of Congress, Washington 1953. It measures approx 6" x 9",  soft covered and 176 pages. It is in good pre-owned condition with some pencil notarions. I didn't notice any rips or tears.
