This Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs UHQR (Ultra High Quality Record) of The Beatles "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" is number 1120 of a limited edition of 5000 pressings. The Mobile Fidelity catalog number of this title is MFQR 1-100. These UHQR sets were pressed at the Victor Company of Japan (JVC) plant in Yokohama, Japan during July, 1982.

I would grade the vinyl as VG+. I purchased this UHQR several years ago, but I have never played it myself. I know that the original owner played it, because there are some very light marks on the labels near the spindle hole, but it still looks to be in very good condition. There is a light mark across the first track of Side 2 (Within You Without You), but if there are any audible effects from this mark, I believe that they would be minor. The rest of the disc has no significant marks that I could see. I recently sent this UHQR for a professional ultrasonic cleaning by Audio Video Archives of Cleveland (operating under the eBay ID of effgjm). It was placed in a new Mobile Fidelity innersleeve immediately after cleaning, and it has not been played since that time. I will also include the original Mobile Fidelity innersleeve. 

The outer box is in solid, VG condition, with some minor shelfwear along the bottom edge of the lid, and a split at the upper left-hand corner (the other three corners of the lid are intact). There is also some very minor wrinkling of the paper on the front of the lid, but this is common on the UHQR box sets. The lid is otherwise in good condition, and the rest of the box is in very nice shape. The other packaging materials (the numbered inner cardboard jacket, 2 foam inserts and the cardboard protector that slips over the disc) are in very good condition.  The Certificate of Authenticity (#1120) and the Technical Specifications pamphlet are present in the pocket on the inside of the lid.
