The record looks to be in great condition with just a couple of Light scratches on each side. There is one very small nick that could perhaps be Medium Severity but still not likely anything to worry about. I would guess that this record still sounds great with very little surface noise. VG
The insert has 1 tack hole in each of the top corners and one corner has a crease about an inch and a half long (see pictures.) Apart from that it is in near perfect condition with only very slight handling wear perhaps just barely visible. VG
The cover is also in great shape with only Very Light ring wear., barely any veins (the ones there are are short and light,) except for one or 2 at the top right corner. The corners have Light wear as if the corner tips are squished in just slightly but that damage is just at the very tips of the corners. There are a couple vague Light smudges on the back cover that might not even be noticeable if it wasn't white. (see pictures.) There is a tiny pinpoint sized scrape on the top right corner of the back (see pictures.) All 3 edges including the spine have only Very Light wear and all title text is intact. VG 
Overall this is really solid copy of this classic record and a great edition to any hardcore punk collection.
