Vinyl is really clean and plays well..There are marks on the vinyl but it does not effect play..VG+ or better !                                         Jacket is got some issues..The Front looks good..Very Little wrong..The Back has a 2.5" tear of the paper at the top and quite a few other scrapes all on the back..Some ring wear also...Im calling It VG-...Because the front is really nice                                       Inner Sleeve The Side with the Band pictures has a tear across DLR about 5" long The Rest of the front is ok..The Back Has been cut out completely..Someone definitely wanted the Van Halen Logo..Because thats all there was on it....Good one side only               Check out the pictures and see what you think..If you can live with the back of the Jacket having issues and the inner sleeve having issues then this record is for you..Like I Said..The Vinyl is OK !
