The Raveonettes - Pe'Ahi Clear Vinyl - Limited Edition Green Gel sleeve
This piece is truly a rare bird. Very bizarre. 
I'm a huge Raves fan and have collected pretty much all the lt. ed. stuff they put out. The idea here is really cool and very...a-hem...ambitious.
The sleeve is green and filled with gel that gives it a watery vibe that was to reflect the album being made while Sun wrote songs living near the beach. 

180 gram clear vinyl. Limited to 1.000 copies. All copies are "unnumbered" despite spot on sleeve to hand write number.
The only indicator of which side is which and possibly which # out of 1000 is the etching on the inner part of the disc.  You pretty much need a microscope to see it. This packaging is very... ambitious.
What's more is the disc is not in a paper sleeve. The "sleeve" is comprised of two separate plastic pieces that are also the pics of Sun and Sharon on a beach and the tracklist. The plastic pieces give the clear vinyl a kind of cloudy look.  A little surface noise aside it plays perfectly. 
This really is a collectors piece. If you're a hardcore Raveonettes fan, this is a real prize. I'm a hardcore fan but this Covid business has left me with some bills to pay. If you love the Raves and want to add a totally unique piece to your collection while helping a brother out this is for you.
