LEILANI "LANI" HALL was born in Chicago, IL on 11-6-1945. She worked the clubs around Chicago singing jazz, Latin, pop & Brazilian music. In 1966, LANI joined Sergio Mendes and became part of Brazil 66 and was his lead vocalist until 1971. LANI started her solo career in 1972 with "Sun Down Lady" and recorded 22 albums in three different languages. After meeting Herb Alpert, the couple were married in Dec. 1973, are still married and live in Malibu, CA . My albums are very gently used and shipped USPS Media Mail.
