This is the Phoenix Records version (#398/1000). CDs, box, insert, and CD sleeves in acceptable condition. There is some wear to the CD sleeves (I assume from the rubbing against each other in the box - see photos). CDs have some wear and Disc 5 has a few scratches (see photos). They all played fine for me.
