I use the Record Collector grading system which grades records from Mint to Poor. I aim to grade conservatively and fairly - check my feedback which reflects this. However, I recognise that grading can be subjective and one man's EX can be another man's Good, so please contact me if you would like to clarify any issues with condition.

I will discount postage for bulk purchases - see below. All LPs are sent out in custom-made LP sized cardboard envelopes along with a cardboard stiffener.

I try to keep my postage prices as low as possible, but please take note that Ebay take a 10% cut of the postage you pay, and Paypal take 2.9% so I only receive 7.9% of the costs you pay - and this has to pay for good quality packaging too! 

Postage rates:

UK - 1 LP = £3.50, 2 LPs = £3.50, 3 LPs = £3.50, 4 LPs = £3.50

Europe - 1 LP = £9.00, £1.50 for each additional LP up to 6 (to a maximum total weight of 2kg)

USA - 1 LP = £18, then £3 for each additional LP (up to a maximum of 6 records or 2kg). I am sorry for the big increase in shipping costs to the US, but we have no option as Royal Mail have increased their rates by 30% following a 100% increase in the fees that they are charge by USPS.

Rest of World - 1 LP = £16.00, then £3.00 for each additional LP up to 6 (to a maximum total weight of 2kg)

Payment by Paypal or personal cheque within 7 days of the auction ending, otherwise the item will be re-listed and appropriate feedback left. Sorry, but I have had problems with non-payers. Please note that I allow 7 days for cheques to clear before sending out items.

REFUND TERMS. Sorry to be so formal about this, but I have had some buyers who have tried to take advantage of me, so please read these carefully. If you buy an item from me you are confirming that you have read these terms and accepted them.

·         If you are unhappy with the item because you feel that I have made an error or given a misleading description in the listing (and we both agree on this point) then I will provide you with a full refund of the transaction price ie your winning bid for the goods, plus the price you paid for postage. If this happens, I will use my discretion as to whether you need to return the item to me. If I ask you to return it, you must return the item in the original packaging that it came in and I will refund you for the cost of sending it by 2nd class post. When I have safely received the item (and it must still be in the condition that it was when it was originally sent to you) I will issue the refund. You must agree to cancel the transaction with Ebay.

·         If the item arrives damaged and beyond repair I will give a full refund of the transaction price ie your winning bid for the goods, plus the price you paid for postage, upon receipt of proof of damage eg a photo. In these circumstances I will use my discretion as to whether you need to return the item to me. If I ask you to return it, you must return the item in the original packaging that it came in and I will refund you for the cost of sending it by 2nd class post. You must agree to cancel the transaction with Ebay.

·         If you decide that you don't want the item for any other reason then I will refund the price you paid for the item, but not the postage cost you paid. Buyer to return the item to me at their own expense.
