Available here is a wonderful lot of vintage, classic New Orleans jazz LPs from Johnny Dodds, known as "The King of New Orleans Clarinet." You are getting (7) discs with this lot: (3) 12" LPs and (1) notebook set consisting of (4) 10" discs. One French import. The discs were released at various times from 1945 onward, but the recordings are primarily from the 1920's. 

Specifically included:

1.) "The King of New Orleans Clarinet" - a (4)-LP set on Brunswick Records (B-1020), released in 1945.  These are 10" records. The recordings on these LPs were done in 1927.  Besides Johnny Dodds, other musicians on these LPs include Louis Armstrong and Earl Hines. I've see another version of this set that was released in 1950, but this is the original. Each disc is in surprisingly good shape for 75 years old, just a few marks showing on each one. The notebook cover, with four sleeves for LPs, is in great shape all the way around; he hinge is completely solid and there is very little edge wear.  All labels are complete and clean.

2.) "Archive of Jazz Volume 24 - Johnny Dodds" - A French release (BYG 529.074), year unknown.  Vinyl is in VG+ condition, some hairlines but play is unaffected. Glossy cover is in nice shape, no seam splits, light wear, small pricing sticker on front cover, upper right. Both labels in great shape; one has a small pricing sticker on it.
3.) "Chicago Mess Around" - Milestone Records (MLP 2011), year unknown. Vinyl is in VG++ condition; no visible scratches, maybe a couple faint smudge marks. Cover still in shrink, no seam splits but has a corner cutout. Both labels in great shape.

4.) "Johnny Dodds & Kid Ory" - Epic Records (LA 16004), year unknown. Vinyl is solid VG+ with some scattered hairlines and a handful of faint marks. Cover is solid all around with no seam splits and light wear. Both labels are in great shape.
