Vinyl: EX to NM. Super clean with no marks of note.
I have not ran this through my record washer, as it came to me very clean.
Almost all discs are washed in my Spin-Clean MKII. The genuine drying cloths sometimes leave a trace of lint on the play surface that your needle might collect on its first play-through.
