This is Sealed and in Near mint condition. The only flaw would be the tiny Straight cut in the upper right hand corner. This is not unusual as it is done when Albums are discontinued and removed from store shelves. Artista Record Label from the year 1976. Some of the songs on here are- Coming out of hiding, Rain oh Rain, Choices, I will Run, Sailing to Monterey. Or if you are clever You can put all the songs together and make a story out of it. Just a senseless thought on my part. Oh well....it bides time while you are posting Albums in our shop. Ha. and Ha. The sticker you see in the upper right corner by the way...is on the Seal and not the cover. Thought I Had better mention that before someone asked me. Saves me lot's of time in the end. Especially as I try to make a story out of the songs on this Album.
