I'm 72 years old. My kids don't want any of my vinyl records so I'm selling my collection starting with the bootlegs.  More to come so save me as a favorite seller.

Quite a nice package, cool picture of Dylan with what I always called "Batman glasses". Nice back cover with track listings. The labels are fairly generic with some German writing. This is a 2 LP set and as I've found with lots of boots, the vinyl is quite heavy and nice. This is a really interesting concert. Perhaps I'm not fully accustomed to ALL of Dylan's concerts, but I find this one really cool and unique. He has a "jazz" band backing him (sax, strong female vocals, horns). This gives every song a cool upbeat, jamming vibe. For example, I normally find "I Shall Be Released" to be a reserved quiet song, but here it kinda pops and has female vocals ala "Gimme Shelter". All the other songs are upbeat and clear (not as much of that Dylan slur) but this one struck me as just completely different. This same jazzy/semi reggae feel is applied to the whole concert. Another point of the bootlegs is that you get to hear his comments to the crowds (such as "I hope these songs mean something to you"). Boots can tend to be of bad quality or recordings, after all it was generally just a tape deck recorder in the audience. Here you hear just enough of the audience to help you feel like it's a live concert. The sound quality is quite good and everything Dylan sings or says is clear. The track listing is excellent and indicative of the time period. This set will let you hear a lot of his great songs in a very new and worthwhile way.
