About This Record.  This is a second pressing Prestige/Bluesville stereo copy of Lightning Hopkins rarely seen LP entitled "Down Home Blues" released on Prestige/Bluesville Records in stereo format. Please see my other Lightning Hopkins records for sale; I have 60+ different ones up for sale (or will soon; check back), and there's something for everyone.

Cover:  Good Plus (G+).  Middle five inches of bottom seam are split; two inches on bottom seam split at right corner; some of the cover slick is lifting; corner dings; writing on back cover; age wear. See photos.

Vinyl:   Very Good Minus (VG-).  Well-played but no skips or sticks I could hear but lots of the usual background noise and pops.

Vinyl Grading:  My grading [Cover/Vinyl]  F/G-/G/G+/VG-/VG/VG+/EX-/EX/EX+/NM/Sealed.  Records are visually graded unless otherwise indicated because some of these blues recordings, are by nature, not the best recordings and everybody has a different point of view about what a NM looking records plays like when the source are old recordings that themselves have crackle, etc.
