This is Heart's Dreamboat Annie from 1976. The jacket is in great condition and has lived its entire life in a plastic sleeve. The vinyl looks like new. The inner sleeve is intact with no tears at the record edges. I am the original owner and it is likely this was only played once to transfer to cassette. Interesting that the jacket is copyright 1976 and the record labels are copyright 1975.
Note: I have no way to test this album. It is sold as is.
