The record played fine for me with no skips.
The Best of Earth, Wind & Fire Vol. I on Columbia FC 35647. Released in 1978.
Gatefold cover has no seam splits, but all seams show some wear. Some wear to corners and open end. Light discoloration in spots. A name in light ink in upper closed end corner. Over all in pretty good condition.
Original inner song sleeve is split on bottom. Record shows some surface scratches. Labels are nice. Not a lot of background noise. A nice record.
Please look at all pictures closely as they show the overall description of the cover very well. No surprises.
