I honestly think it has  never been played. There is wear on the bottom edge / bottom right of the cover. hence EX for the cover.

I am selling these records for a  friend who sadly acquired them  as part of an inherited estate.  The records  come from a considerable collection of rare records, which will all be appearing on ebay over time. We are confident that the collection was well stored and played little.
