Pylon Records is proud to announce our 50th Release!!!

Iron Curtain – Desertion 1982-1988 which was originally released in 2008, is getting a deluxe double vinyl treatment with a new re-master of the classic tracks from original analog tapes and remixes from INHALT and Black Light Odyssey in a nice gatefold jacket.

Along with this release, we are also making available for a limited time on cassette, the first Iron Curtain Live releases from 1981 and 82”, titled IC -1 & IC -2.

We also have found some original sleeves of the Iron Curtain Artifact 2008 release and have done a small vinyl run to complete the last of this release.

In the course of the past 12 years, Steve Fields has gone through a tedious process of hunting down the analog masters of his original material, multi tracks, reel to reel, and cassettes etc.  We have accumulated incredible amount of tracks, that includes pre and post Iron Curtain. We will be releasing all of these slowly over the next year.

The releases of all this content will be in phases, the first phase is the physical vinyl and cassette format, and then the CD and digital to follow.

All these items are limited and highly collectible, we appreciate the support of so many fans who have continuously emailed us about Steve’s work over the years and finally now we get to release them all.
