The Vinyl record is MINT.  I have cleaned them with a VPI record cleaner.
I have packed the Vinyl in a brand new goldring ex-static sleeve. The cover is Mint- because of some very slight wear to its bottom edge.

Please Note: I am not a record dealer , I am a serious record collector. I am selling these records for a  friend who sadly acquired them  as part of an inherited estate.  The records  come from a considerable collection of rare records, which will all be appearing on ebay over time. We are confident that the collection was well stored and played little.
