This is Los Angeles R&B vocal group The Hollywood Flames singing "Buzz-Buzz-Buzz" on Ebb 119 from September of 1957 (matrix numbers 17893 and 17894 etched in the dead wax). This # 11 chart record looks and plays in NM condition. The picture sleeve is a custom sleeve and is in MINT condition. These custom sleeves are made in Canada or England and are one-off sleeves that are not mass produced. This item comes in a clear, resealable, poly-vinyl protective sleeve with a cardboard backer separating the record from the sleeve. This song was co-written by Bobby Day, who had formed the Hollywood Flames in 1950 - years before he went solo with "Rockin' Robin".
U.S. postage and handling is $4.00 on this item. International customers should email me first for a shipping quote.
I tend to grade conservatively. Several customers have left feedback that the records were actually better than stated. However, you have my unconditional guarantee that I will take the records back if you think that the records are not as stated. My reputation is what has kept me in business for 43 years.
If you win multiple auctions, I will combine packaging to save you as much postage as possible. I ship with sturdy cardboard packaging to protect your records. Please review my feedback from previously satisfied customers. I have been buying and selling records for 43 years now and as of February 2022 I am celebrating 23 years on eBay.
