Nice, rare copy of Dennis Wilson's only solo LP, released in 1977 with gold, embossed stamp on the back sleeve stating: "PROPERTY OF CBS. Demonstration only. Not for resale".

Vinyl - Vinyl plays very well - there is some surface noise and some clicks. I could not detect and skips or jumps. VG to VG+
Labels - Labels are nice and clean, no writing, no marks anywhere. EX
Cover - Cover is in nice condition with some wear, most noticeable on the spine, some creasing from the side of the spine and some edge wear on the rear sleeve. Inside gatefold is in nice condition. Overall in very decent condition. Please see photos. VG
Insert - Lyric / title insert is in very nice condition. No rips, no tears, no writing. Very nice condition. EX
Inner - New poly-lined inner sleeve, not the original plain inner.
