Jacket Condition: VG+, lower right corner bump, inner sleeve has a split on one side

Records are conservatively graded. I use the following scale: G+, VG-, VG, VG+, EX, NM.
I almost never use NM unless the record is flawless. EX is typically the highest grade I give for a used record.
I ship all LPs with the record removed from the jacket in a sturdy mailer with cardboard reinforcement.
