2012 US pressing; I've play tested this through, and it sounds great. I have replaced the inner sleeves with MFSL sleeves for ultimate protection The vinyl looks pristine; however, disc 1 has a light edge-warp which causes the tone-arm to move gently up and down during the first two tracks on side 2; hence, downgraded to VG+. However, the record tracks absolutely fine on my turntable and does not affect playback. Unfortunately, this record was not packed very well when it was shipped to me, resulting in clean splits and small corner bumps on the top seams of the gatefold. Price reduced accordingly. Can provide photos The lacquers were cut at Bernie Grundman Mastering in Hollywood, CA under the direct supervision of original Doors producer/engineer Bruce Botnick and Elektra Records founder Jac Holzman. Side D is laser-etched featuring the album lyrics.
