The Flamingos "Please Come Back Home" Checker 821 Record & Custom Picture Sleeve
This is Rock and Roll Hall of Fame R&B vocal group The Flamingos singing "Please come back Home" and "I Want To Love You" on Checker 821 from 1955. This early R&B record looks VG++ with minor surface markings but plays in NM condition and comes in a Checker Records company sleeve. This is the original pressing with the checkerboard Checker labels. The picture sleeve is a custom sleeve that was made in Canada or England and is in MINT condition. It is a one-off sleeve that was not mass produced. This item comes in a clear, resealable, poly-vinyl protective sleeve with a cardboard backer separating the record from the picture sleeve. Price guides suggest a valuation of $100 for a NM copy. You can own this excellent copy for a fraction of that amount and receive this beautiful custom picture sleeve as well.
