Released as part of the Sub Pop Singles Club to Singles Club Members only in March 1993 on Clear Vinyl.
Only 2,000 copies pressed (although there are rumored to be 2,125 pressed).
Pearl Jam are known to play Dead Moon songs during their live performances.
