For auction here, a rare DEMO copy of one of Bowie's most brilliant singles.
While stock copies of this magnificent 45 are not rarities, DEMO VERSIONS certainly are. And here is one. The A side label has the large "A" at the centre identifying it as an industry only advance edition and imprinted with the words "Demonstration Sample NOT FOR SALE"
Even better news is that the 45 is in genuinely EXCELLENT condition. The vinyl is bright and glossy, with just a few short, minor hairlines here and there but these do not effect playback in any way. The -Side, the wonderful "A New career In A New Town" is in an equally remarkable condition for a disc over 45 years old now. 
The labels are bold and unfaded - no writing rips or stickers and the famous orange RCA livery is as bold as the day it left the pressing plant, just one of a small batch created to be given to a handful of industry insiders. Even the original birth bag is smart bright and crisp. For all who collect true FIRST PRESSES of Bowie's releases, this is the one you want.
