Keep in mind that Vinyl Records, even when sealed or never removed from inner sleeve, can have manufacture defects, such as scuff marks and hair-line scratches. It is very common that the inner sleeve will have a seem(s) split. The record cover can also develop a seam split(s). If perfection is what you are after, than a digital media might be a better solution.
