This is a still sealed LP.
There are a few flaws to the cover: There is a small edge nudge on the left spine near the top....there is a hole punch near the top right....the tip of cover in this area has a slight nudge...there is a very minor nudge on the bottom right tip.
The cover looks good despite these minor flaws. The flaws can be seen in the pictures included here.
