In the 1970's Apple Japan released copies of the EP's that were released in the UK in the 1960's. These were released in wraparound flipback-style card sleeves with the same cover pics as the UK EP's had.  This one is the 1972 2nd pressing of I'll Follow The Sun/Baby's In Black/Words Of Love/I Don't Want To Spoil The Party. This has the code letter H and the 700 Yen price on the back of the sleeve, which together define this as the 2nd pressing. The sleeve has the Obi (belt) wrapped around it.
