President JIMMY CARTER The Fall of Mr Tooth Decay Color Vtg 1977 Vinyl Lp RARE. The vinyl is in Good Condition- because it’s a white colored vinyl, there are some dirt areas. I have some cleaner and a velvet brush and cleaned it as best I could. The gatefold album cover has some wear and a 3” split on the bottom seam.
