This is an exceptional copy of Weezer's "Keep Fishin'"/"Photograph (Live)" 7' single released by Geffen Records in limited edition green vinyl with Jim Henson's Kermit The Frog on the cover. I bought it brand new from Hot Topic back in the day and it has spent its entire life in an airtight plastic storage container in the closet of a temperature regulated room. The vinyl, itself, has never been played and is in near perfect condition. The sleeve is also in immaculate condition as pictured.
