The gatefold cover is numbered. There is a small "push" in the upper right corner of the cover - grades near mint.
The vinyl for side 1 and side 2 visually grades near mint; side 3 vinyl has a few light scratches and side 4 visually grades - near mint.
Includes poster and four photos.
