Cover condition is VG+. Moderate age related wear.  A small amount of bottom edge wear. Please see pic.  Spine as some light / moderate wear / damage.  This sleeve generally is VG+. Very difficult to find a better one. 
HMV Original Inner sleeve. VG+ / Ex 
Record condition is VG++. Occasional very minor surface marks. Very light occasional scratches.  This LP would be difficult to find in a better condition.
