** YES, I GLADLY COMBINE SHIPPING.  You are responsible for reading and understanding the ENTIRE LISTING - including my full shipping policy - before bidding/buying or contacting me.  No exceptions.
Item Description: This listing is for a used vinyl copy of weezer's landmark debut album, affectionately known as "The Blue Album".  If you're reading this, I probably don't have to tell you how important this album is in the history of not just power pop or alt rock, but indeed all of rock and roll.  It's essentially a perfect ten.  Read on for more details on this particular copy, and about some of the other weezer vinyl and collectibles I have for sale.
This copy differs from just about all that you currently see on eBay.  When I pulled this out to inspect for possible sale, I could not remember exactly when I picked it up, though I knew it wasn't an original 1994 pressing, as I definitely bought it some years later (well after original issues became scarce).  Plus, it has a "made in Holland" sticker, so I knew it was something else.  At first, I thought this might be a second pressing from the late 90s, as it includes the Portland, OR fanclub address, which started appearing on copies of Blue after 1995, after Mykel and Carli moved from LA to Portland (this is also when the original mix of SIAS was replaced with the single remix as the album version).  I would have thought this address would have been deleted from copies issued after the sisters sadly passed away in 1997.  However, further investigation at Discogs reveals that this is apparently a 2002 European reissue, which makes sense to me, as this is around the time I started getting more serious about collecting weezer vinyl stuff, and I probably grabbed it from the noted Southern California record store Rhino Records, during my sister's tenure of employment there (it could have been a gift from her, lol).  At any rate, what's interesting is that the rear cover text is unique to this version.  The original US and 2001 Japanese reissues feature the song titles aligned to the left, and they are numbered.  Seemingly most (all?) of the more recent reissues have center-aligned, unnumbered track titles.  This one, however, is left-aligned, but without track numbering (see pics).  Condition is very good, with micro issues.  Unlike most of my weezer vinyl, I think this one may have gotten a bit of actual play; there are signs of this.  There are a couple of super minor scratches on one side, pic provided.  This doesn't appear to be the kind of thing that prevents smooth play, but I cannot check this, as I do not currently own a turntable.  If I can check it at a friend's house before anyone bids on it, I will.  If I can't, and you find it that it won't play, I will accept a return.  The sleeve has a couple of minor openings where the record has pushed it way through the edge.  Otherwise, the whole thing is very clean and presentable, and comes in its original shrinkwrap.  If you're someone that just wants a display piece, or collects the various issues, and don't have this one - this listing is for you!  Please ask questions before bidding.  I won't be able to answer questions the weekend of March 3-5, as I will be out of town, and too busy to monitor eBay.
TL;DR... If you're a serious weezer collector, you would do well to see my other listings.  I have hundreds of toys and pop culture items to offer, but if you go to my store (aka "see seller's other listings" and then search "weezer"), you'll find other records and collectibles, including fan club materials.  From the summer of 1994 through about 2016, I was one of the biggest fans you could possibly meet, and collected all things weezer during that time.  I was a fanclub member "back in the day", knew Mykel and Carli personally, and saw the band 25 times total, including five times on the Pinkerton tour, and three times as Goat Punishment.  I'm on the cover of The Good Life single, I attended the video shoots for both Beverly Hills and Troublemaker, and have met 6 of the 7 members of the band multiple times (for some reason, never chased down Mikey, and of course will never be able to now).  I was an established boardie at allthingsweezer.com from about 2007-2014, and contributed quite a bit to weezerpedia when it was still new (under the handle BringHomeTheTurkey at both sites).  I live near Los Angeles, and in my youth, I had the time and energy to chase the band around their home town.  I tell you all this not to brag, but to illustrate that the items that I offer are not only legit, but well-cared-for.  Know that you're not buying from someone just trying to make a quick buck, but from someone who has had genuine love for the band, and valued these items for years.  So why am I selling it all?  I guess you could say that, to some degree, I've fallen out of love with the band; while I still have mad love for the music and cherish my memories of fandom of yesteryear, I've become frustrated with the wild inconsistency of quality of recent releases.  I haven't even seen the band live since 2015.  Additionally, at this point in my life, I've decided to downsize and let a lot of physical possessions go, especially if they're redundant.  I never listen to vinyl, and as long as I have the CDs, why am I still holding on to this stuff?  I'm moving out of state soon, so it's time to pass this stuff on to another collector who will enjoy owning it more than I currently do.
Serious buyers only.  Please do not waste my time by placing the order if you do not intend to pay.  Non-paying buyers will be reported to eBay.  I am also not fielding offers at this time (even if I've failed to disable the "make offer" feature).  Messages making an offer below the starting bid will be ignored, and any offers to do business outside of eBay will be instantly reported.
Shipping is $4.99 in the US for insured Media Mail.  Item(s) will be well-packed. Sorry, no international buyers, unless you take advantage of eBay's international shipping service.  See my full combined shipping policy below.
Please ask any questions you may have before bidding.  I may not be able to answer questions within the final 24 hours of the listing, so make sure to ask ask early as possible.  Bidders are responsible for knowing the contents of this listing.  Please allow up to 24 hours response to any questions.  If you have won two or more auctions, please wait to be invoiced after auction end, which can take up to 48 hours.  Payment is expected within three days of invoice.  We reserve up to three days after payment to ship.  The sooner you pay, the sooner I can ship.
** COMBINED SHIPPING POLICY: Be sure to 'add to cart' until you have everything you want, and then send me a request for an invoice.  If you pay ahead for all items AND all shipping, not only will have to wait patiently for me to refund the difference in shipping, on my time, and at my convenience, but you will be refunded LESS 10%, which is what eBay charges me.  I will not lose money because you don't know how, or are too impatient, to fill a cart and ask for an invoice.
** WARNING: Any messages offering something lower than the starting bid will be ignored.  Any messages asking me to do business outside of eBay will also be ignored, you will be blocked from bidding on my auctions, and you will be reported to eBay.  I hate to have to do this, but I have received a high number of these types of messages, despite virtually every one of my listings stating not to do so - I guess no one reads listings carefully any more!  Answering a lot of questions that are already answered by the listing is taxing on my already precious time.  If you don't have the patience to read the listing carefully, I don't have the patience to answer your message.
