On the whole this album plays close to mint,  however we grade as VG + for the following reasons.......

Side 2 record 1 - there is a visible surface mark over tracks 1 - 4 that does not affect play

Side 2 record 1 - there are a lot of surface marks that do affect play of this track, some light background noise and a few pops but no jumps

Side 1 record 2 - there is a noticeable surface mark that does not affect play.

Generally.....as with most records there are some surface marks that can be seen under bright light but as previously mentioned on the whole , with the exception of the items mentioned above, the album plays great.

Cover Condition..........Near Mint

The cover is in fantastic shape, almost archival with no major problems as can be clearly seen in the photos.
