Condition: I am not putting on my professional grading hat here, this is a new item, however, it is so old 45 years!!—that the overwrap has started to deteriorate and pull away. That’s why it is torn. This is never been played, and the book seems to be in good order. it may have been exposed to moisture, but no pages are sticking.
