True 1st pressing with no mention of 'Capitol Industries' on label and WITHOUT 'B.D.' (for Bob Dylan) artwork copyright credit bottom center of front cover (as was on all issues subsequent to the first pressing). Vinyl has audible but not overwhelming light scuffs/scratches. Clean labels (possibly a light fingerprint). A bit of white residue for about 1/2" in side A runout next to label. Cover has light ring/edge wear with corner bumps to the top gatefold corners opening side. Generic inner sleeve. Protective outer sleeve.
