This is a 12" LP album by Yaz, titled "Upstairs At Eric's" and released in 1982 by Sire Records. The vinyl is in near mint (NM or M-) condition, with high-fidelity sound and a speed of 33 RPM. The cardboard sleeve and original inner sleeve are both in very good plus (VG+) condition. The inlay features a specialty pressing and the catalog number is Sire – 1-23737. The record label is known for its rock, pop, and electronic genres, which are all present in the new wave and synth-pop style of this album. The record size is 12" and the album features original cover art. It ships in a 3 MIL poly outer cover. Despite its age, this vinyl LP is a great addition to any music collection.

 I DO NOT SELL ANYTHING THAT IS NOT PLAYABLE ALL MY VINYL IS GRADED HARSHLY AND IS BETTER THAN WHAT I GRADE THEM AS. THE COVERS ARE SOMETIMES WORN BUT THE VINYL IS ALWAYS VERY NICE.
 VINYL GRADING: NM - MEANS THAT IT HAS BEEN PLAY TESTED AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY MAJOR NOISE OR SCRATCHES BUT IS STILL A USED VINYL RECORD THAT SOMETIMES IS 25-50+ YEARS OLD. DO NOT THINK IT WILL BE MINT BUT IT IS NEAR MINT. VG+ - play tested on good turntable to play w/o skips but HAS HAIRLINES but no major scratches VG - Has minor scratches and some noise but plays fine no skips on GOOD TURNTABLE Nothing I sell will be non-playable or have more than one minor skip
