DISC: VG+ condition. Full gloss. Very nice. Just one small very light scuff on side 2. Very minor. Otherwise no condition issues. COVER: VG+ condition. Very nice. Almost no wear ring on shiny laminated cover. No splits except the beginning of a disc push through at bottom middle, very minor still. Slight stain on back cover at bottom.
