The cardboard sleeve has remained partially clad in shrink wrap for the past couple of decades. A piece of tape is in place on top of the plastic along the front cover, next to a scratched off signature. Portions of the plastic are worn. Edges of the cardboard are slightly  frayed but not extensively. Additionally, there's a saw mark present on the sleeve. While the sleeve isn't pristine, you can certainly rest assured it's in  great used quality condition along with the actual vinyl itself.
