Selling this for a friend who's dad passed away. He had this, and others I'm posting, in his collection and they were sealed brand new records.
There is a small crease, on the back edge, near the spine of the sleeve. See pictures. It's not very noticeable thru the plastic. It's possible there are more of these I can't see thru the plastic wrinkles so just know this before buying. Sold as is.
