This album by the Finnish black-metal band Children of Bodom includes "Lake Bodom," "Deadnight Warrior," and "Downfall."

Recorded live at the Club Citta in Tokyo in July of 1999, TOKYO WARHEARTS represents Finland metal heroes Children of Bodom's first live-album venture. This album was recorded during the band's tour in support of HATEBREEDER, and thus the majority of the tracks are from that album. Children of Bodom is never more potent than in the live setting as TOKYO WARHEARTS demonstrates. The band rips through a tight set of neo-classical, extreme metal magnificence, while tossing in some treats along the way--like the theme music from the film THE ROCK and the TV show MIAMI VICE, as well as a keyboard and guitar duel entitled "War of Razors."
