Original 1967 MONO gatefold issue! These first issues skip the word "With" in "With A Little Help From My Friends" on the A side label. This is a Scranton pressing with a machine stamped "IAM" in a triangle in the runout grooves.

Cover is VG or better Borders on VG+. Small split on top opening edge. Psych inner sleeve has seam splits. Cutouts are Near mint!
Vinyl is VG+ or better One of the nicer MONO pressings I've seen in awhile! Near mint Labels.
