This is the rare Indianapolis Mono pressing.
Here are the details about this particular pressing, as per Discogs:
Original Indianapolis pressing on the teal Liberty label has the "Spectra-Sonic-Sound" text in smaller font and the track/writer text is more spread out and slightly larger.
Runout data is all stamped. Barcode and Other Identifiers Pressing Plant ID (Runouts): I Matrix / Runout: LRP 3073 - 1 SIDE 1 I B1 Matrix / Runout: LRP 3073 - 1 SIDE 2 I A1
The Lp itself is VISUALLY in VG+ condition - you can see some light wear when you hold the disc up to strong, direct, overhead light - BUT I checked the full album on a quality turntable and the disc plays quietly and clearly with no groove distortion, and is 99.9% free of any surface noise or clicks - it sounds great!
The cover, I would say, is VG+ overall. There is about 1 inch of very minor seam split on the top right corner...the bottom edge has a tiny tiny tiny 1/4 inch edge nudge.....the bottom right corner tip has a tiny, tiny, TINY amount of wear....lastly, the cover small amount of ring wear but not much. The top and left spine edges are very clean. All of these minor flaws are visible in the photos below. The cover looks VERY NICE despite these minor flaws.
6 of the 12 tracks were written and/or arranged by ROSS BAGDASARIAN.
