My Grading is Cover / Record. I use SEALED/Near Mint/Excellent/Very Good Plus/Very Good/Good/Bad. All LPs come cleaned in a new rice paper-like sleeve after cleaning on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Machine.
Cover Condition: Excellent (EX). 1/3 inch small spine paper tear . . not a split just rubbed off the spine near the bottom corner. Otherwise perfect NM.
Vinyl Condition: Near Mint (NM).
Label Condition: Near Mint (NM).
